Document Return

We strive to always return documents in a timely manner. For closings completed BY 3:00 pm – we will normally return the package the same day to be delivered the next day. The exceptions to that rule are: If you call us with less than 3 hours notice of a signing – we will not guarantee drop in box or pick up that day, because we do need time to log entries. If it is a busy time of the month, return may be delayed in order to allow us time to insure proper completion & log of entries. For closings after 3 pm each day, especially at busy times of the month, return may be delayed, but will normally occur the next business day. We will not accept non-payment or reductions in payment for packages that are returned late for reasons that were out of our control. We provide you with tracking information and date of drop. If it is convenient, we will drop package in a box, otherwise the package will be picked up. On late day Friday signings or early Saturday, if you want Saturday pick-up – please let us know. Otherwise the package will go out on Monday to arrive Tuesday. You will provide a valid Fed-ex or UPS account number to return the package and you will pay the fees for that return. If you refuse payment and Fed- ex or UPS put the charges on my account – you will pay the charges, plus collection fees of my choosing.
