I insure you a casual, comfortable signing for your borrower, in the comfort of their home or location of their choosing! I provide you with an educated person, who is familiar with many company’s loan documents, sitting at the other end of the table, able to direct borrowers to answers to their questions, which sometimes includes calling the loan officer to resolve an issue at the table. I provide a professional attitude that never gives advice, but always tries to set the borrower at ease. I strive to insure that there are not errors in the signings or notarizations of the documents. I check, double-check & triple-check the documents to provide documents that are as accurate as possible. I do not accept appointments that fall at the same time, (double book) just for the sake of taking as many as I can.
